Curtis Warner is the firm’s Principal and is an experienced litigator having represented clients' interests before the Sixth and Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, Federal District Courts in Illinois, Michigan and Indiana, the Supreme Court of Michigan, an Illinois Appellate Court, Illinois and Michigan State Courts, and before Michigan administrative agencies.
Mr. Warner has litigated class action cases brought on behalf of consumers under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and the Illinois Consumer Fraud Act.
Mr. Warner has been involved in complex class action litigation against a manufacturer of automobiles and a manufacturer of motorcycles. Mr. Warner has also litigated a matter related to FAA airworthy issues involved in the sale of an aircraft.
Mr. Warner has experience in representing employees in matters brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act and state minimum wage requirements while a staff attorney at Michigan Migrant Legal Assistance Project, Inc., know now as Migrant Legal Aid.
